As a seasoned DevOps Engineer, I spearheaded the automation of deployment and testing processes through the development of robust scripts in Python, PowerShell, and Bash. My role involved architecting and implementing the entire CI/CD pipeline, operating seamlessly across Windows and Linux environments. Proficiently deploying web applications onto cloud servers, I meticulously monitored and logged runtimes to ensure optimal performance. Within the AWS ecosystem, I crafted Lambda functions to streamline core deployment services, enhancing efficiency and reducing manual intervention. My responsibilities extended to orchestrating automated API package deliveries on remote API servers, utilizing a combination of Bash, Python, and PowerShell scripts. These efforts significantly increased the reliability and speed of our software delivery pipeline. To further amplify automation, I integrated TeamCity and Octopus, leveraging their capabilities to orchestrate end-to-end automation within our CI/CD pipeline. This included continuous integration, automated testing, and seamless deployment, ensuring a smooth and reliable software development lifecycle. My tenure as a DevOps Engineer was marked by a proactive approach to problem-solving, a commitment to efficiency through automation, and the successful integration of cutting-edge technologies to optimize our software delivery processes.

Hired to spearhead a challenging project, I successfully developed a software suite to integrate Electronic Health Records (EHR) from diverse third-party sources into our system. With thousands of EHR companies lacking standardized systems, my role involved creating an engine to collect and centralize data. Leading a small team, I achieved this in a swift 4-month timeframe, utilizing Selenium for human-like web data retrieval. Post-project, I transitioned to the AI team, leveraging PyTorch and TensorFlow to construct data models enhancing healthcare examinations. Given the medical device context, I maintained stringent quality standards to ensure the trustworthiness of this experimental technology for doctors and patients alike.

As a key contributor to Automated Solutions Group LLC, a pioneering small-scale AI and robotics company, I played a vital role in an innovative project focused on enhancing efficiency in the produce grading and packaging industry. Our goal was to implement AI and robotics technologies to streamline the sorting and picking of potatoes. I took charge of developing a cutting-edge apparatus, housing a strategically positioned camera within a specialized container. This camera was seamlessly integrated with an artificial intelligence system, meticulously trained on a neural network to identify and classify rotten potatoes with precision. The innovative aspect of this system lay in its ability to map the coordinates of the identified potatoes. In real-time collaboration, these coordinates were transmitted to a Fanuc robot, which I programmed to execute precise picking actions. This seamless integration of hardware and software allowed for the swift and accurate removal of undesirable potatoes from the production line, showcasing the capabilities of AI and robotics in optimizing agricultural processes. My role in this project exemplified my proficiency in leveraging advanced technologies to solve real-world challenges.

At the Physical Instructional Research Team worked with management on annual budget and monthly statement reconciliation, I would also grade papers for undergraduate physics labs. I would Assemble and disassemble the daily undergraduate laboratory set ups. Another responsibility of mine was working with IT/UTO departments to troubleshoot day-to-day staff and student computer issues. I also took on the role of developing Automated workflow processes Non-intrusively using selenium. I automated a lot of the tedious tasks using this process so we can work harder in the laboratory.

As a student web developer I began on front end webpage design and development, using bootstrap, AngularJS, and javascript. I moved on to backend development using C#, asp.NET, SQL, and tortoiseSVN/git. This was my first developer position and taught me the foundation of what i know today as a Software Engineer. As a student developer my supervisors prioritized education over deliverable products providing a wonderful learning environment.
